By accessing or using Candor (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Candor is an AI-powered platform that helps users validate business ideas, conduct market research, generate business models, and create professional business plans. The Service generates content using artificial intelligence and third-party data sources.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

All content you create using Candor (business plans, research reports, brand assets) belongs to you. You retain full ownership of your generated content. Candor retains ownership of the platform, its design, and underlying technology.

Content generated by Candor is provided for informational and planning purposes only. It does not constitute professional financial, legal, or business advice. You are responsible for verifying all data, projections, and recommendations before making business decisions. AI-generated financial projections are illustrative and based on the assumptions you provide.

Candor offers a free tier and a paid tier ($49 one-time payment). All payments are processed through Stripe. Paid plans are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. No questions asked. You retain lifetime access to projects created under a paid plan.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, or interfere with the operation of the Service.

Candor is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any business decisions made based on content generated by the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
